Operating in the U.A.E. with locations in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah, the plants are geographically well spread out to ensure prompt and smooth delivery of concrete to project sites. Located at Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, the plants are geographically well spread out to ensure prompt and smooth delivery of concrete to sites. Logistics of Ready Mix Concrete delivery is managed through efficient utilization of its large fleet of transit mixers as well as mobile and stationary concrete pumps. In addition to this, the Company can provide hydraulic concrete distributor pumps whenever required.
The Company has modern, computer controlled and geographically well spread out batching plants in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah with a combined capacity of approximately 180,000 cubic meters per month.
At each stage of production strict quality control procedures are applied. All the incoming raw materials are checked for chemical and physical properties in our laboratories. Further laboratory tests are carried out at regular intervals at Municipality laboratories of Dubai and Sharjah. The computer controlled weighing systems for aggregates and additives are checked and calibrated frequently as per the relevant standards and fully comply with international weights and measures regulations. All CONMIX products meet relevant BS EN and ASTM standards.
All raw materials are regularly tested by independent laboratories, as well as at Sharjah and Dubai Municipality Laboratories.
The admixtures being used in concrete are procured from CONMIX Construction Chemicals division, are tested and approved by consultants and local municipalities.
